Maintenance of certain City HVAC systems Bids shall include the total costs to provide the Services in accordance with the Project Specifications. To obtain a copy of the Project Specifications or for any questions concerning the project, please call Tim Murray, Development Services Director, City of Brownwood at (325) 646-5775 or at electronically. The City Council retains the right to reject any and all bids submitted and to waive any irregularities in the bids. The City Council reserves the right to cancel the project without any obligation to the bidders. The City Council may award the bid that presents the best value for the City pursuant to Gov't Code Section 252.043 using the criteria set forth herein. In determining best value for the City, the City Council shall consider: (1) the price; (2) the reputation of the bidder and of the bidder's services; (3) the quality of the bidder's services; (4) the extent to which the services of the bidder meet the City's needs; (5) the bidder's past relationship with the City; (6) the impact on the ability of the City to comply with laws and rules relating to contracting with historically underutilized businesses; and (6) the total long-term cost to the City to acquire the bidder's services.
