Reference number : 1754622 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-09-05 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 36 Title of the contract: Work-on-demand contract for professional architectural services The Société québécoise des infrastructures (hereinafter the "Société") is issuing a public call for tenders for the conclusion of a performance-on-demand contract for the provision of professional architectural services for the design (plans and specifications) and the follow-up of the works and for the buildings mentioned in title. CONTRACT LENGTH: The contract covered by this call for tenders is for a period of 36 months from the date of award. Opening of submissions: The opening of tenders takes place on the date and at the time indicated for the receipt of tenders. The only possibility for anyone to attend this opening is to view it live on the Internet at the address indicated for this purpose in the Additional Instructions . No physical presence on the premises of the opening is now permitted and no subsequent viewing of the video recording of the opening is possible, neither recording nor broadcasting of it. This new rule is put in place as an additional measure to combat the spread of COVID-19. INFORMATION Tenderers who wish to receive clarifications concerning the call for tenders must communicate in writing to the e-mail address designated below, taking care to mention the contract number. If such a request for clarification is received two working days or less before the deadline date and time for receipt of tenders, the Company reserves the right not to consider it.
