Providing all labor, equipment and materials as required for the replacement of existing 100kW diesel generator with a new 125kW natural gas generator. 2. Replace existing 400A automatic transfer switch (life safety branch) with new and install an additional 225A ATS (equipment branch). 3. Replace existing generator annunicator panel with new. 4. Reconfigure existing emergency power distribution to segregate the life safety and equipment branches. 5. Install new receptacles in select offices and connect to emergency power (equipment branch). 6. Intercept existing branch circuits in select offices and connect to emergency power (equipment branch). Replace existing associated receptacles with red receptacles with red nylon faceplate with "EMERGENCY" in white lettering. 7. Integrate new Omnimetrix monitoring system for new generator to produce text and email alerts to maintenance personnel. 8. Install new fencing (to match existing) and 6' sliding gate to enclose generator yard. 9. Contractor is responsible for coordinating all street closures/etc as required and for all fees/permits etc, including DCM permit fees. Drawings and specifications may be examined in the F. W. All bidders bidding in amounts exceeding that established by the State Licensing Board for General Contractors must be licensed under the provisions of Title 34, Chapter 8, Code of Alabama, 1975, and must show evidence of license before bidding or bid will not be received or considered by the Engineer; the bidder shall show such evidence by clearly displaying his or her current license number on the outside of the sealed envelope in which the proposal is delivered. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgment, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted.
