The Conservation Commission, on behalf of the Atoka County Conservation District, will be accepting bids to remove a large debris pile on Clear Boggy Creek at the County Bridge on S. Maloy Rd. (N 3915 Rd). Latitude 34.16790, Longitude -96.05072. The successful bidder will sign an agreement with the Atoka County Conservation District. The successful bidder must provide proof of general liability of $500,000 (each occurrence) and $1,000,000 (general aggregate); automobile liability (owned, non-owned and hired vehicles) of $100,000 (each occurrence) and $300,000 (general aggregate), for bodily in- jury and property damage and proof of workers compensation per statute. Before submitting bid, each Bidder must: (a) Examine the Contract Documents thoroughly; (b) Visit the site to familiarize himself with local conditions that may in any manner affect cost, progress or performance of the work; and (c) Familiarize himself with federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations that may in any manner affect cost, progress. or performance of the Work; and (d) Study and carefully correlate Bidder's observations with the Contract Documents. The submission of a Bid will constitute an incontrovertible representation by Bidder that Bidder has complied with every requirement of these contract documents, that without exception the Bid is premised upon performing and furnishing the Work required by the Bidding Documents and applying any specific means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures of construction that may be shown or indicated or expressly required by the Bidding Documents, and that the Bidding Documents are generally sufficient to indicate and convey understanding of all terms and conditions for performing and furnishing the Work. No conditional bids are to be accepted.
