The City of Chilton, acting through its City Council, hereby gives notice that online Bids will be received in the offices of McMahon Associates, Inc. The work shall consist of total reconstruction of approximately 5,000 feet of roadways (Main Street, Center Street, Mill Street) including an asphalt and concrete pavement alternative. A prior Contract for utility reconstruction will commence in September, work in this Contract may begin fall 2023 or spring 2024 at the CONTRACTORS option. Major quantities include 20,000 S.Y. of roadway excavation, stone base, and asphalt or concrete pavement; 10,000 L.F. of curb & gutter, 20,000 S.F. of concrete sidewalk and apron. The approximate value of the construction contract is $2 M. All Bidders shall Bid in accordance with and upon the Bid Forms included in the Contract Documents. The Project Documents are on file for inspection at the offices of McMahon Associates, Inc., 1445 McMahon Drive, Neenah, Wisconsin 54956.
