Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond, cashier's check, or certified check for at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid and made payable to the Owner, as detailed in the Contract Documents. Pursuant to the Contract Documents, the successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment (Labor and Material) Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, and a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum. Installation of 31 new cameras, replacement of 5 existing cameras, and removal of 2 existing cameras at Madison Park Academy Primary School. The selected vendor will be responsible for the installation of all cameras and Milestone programming upon completion. The successful bidder shall have at least 5 years K12 experience, Milestone certification prior to bid opening, and in-house networking staff. OUSD will provide servers if required, as well as Milestone licenses. Typical units to be installed shall be Hanwha Wisenet QNV-8080R (mini-dome camera), and Hanwha Wisenet PNM-C32083RVQ (multi-sensor camera), and Hanwha Wisenet PNM-9031RV (180 panoramic camera). This is a design build project and will require as-builts upon completion. Engineer's Estimate: $125,000.0
