If the Bidder is to submit a certified check, or cashiers check it must be received at the Division of Purchasing no later than the time stated above at 1 Bergen County Plaza, Rm 370, Hackensack NJ 07601 All Other Documents Must Be Submitted Electronically All Bid Addenda will be issued Electronically . Therefore, all interested respondents must check Electronically from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.
