CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 8/30/2023 4:00 PM stormwater repairs project at the Green Mtn. Estates Development located adjacent to Route 309 and Mountain Road in Mountain Top, PA. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to install E & S controls, perform selective demolition, remove and replace existing CMP with HDPE piping, trench restoration, manhole and inlet cleaning, asphalt paving, riprap installation, basin reconstruction, and all other work shown or reasonably implied. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Davis-Bacon Wage Rates shall apply. Wright Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days.
