The Contractor shall provide everything needed to meet all the requirements of the RFQ including, without limitation any and all skilled labour, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to carry out designated work to complete the planting of shade trees and removal of tree stakes in the parks as outlined in this Schedule A. The work shall consist of the installation of caliper deciduous (5 cm average) and conifer (2-meter-tall) trees on local, collector and arterial road allowances including boulevards, medians, traffic circles and frontage roads. The City will provide all the materials and supplies to undertake all of the work (e.g., trees, soil, bark mulch, stakes, nails, strapping, saw dust, grass seed etc.), including materials and supplies that are required for storing and planting of the trees.
