COMPLETION OF WORK: 1. The work of this bid package must be complete according to the construction schedule included with contract documents. 2. The construction schedule prepared by the Construction Manager (CM) and/or other target dates pertaining to this bid package must be adhered to by the Prime Contractor or liquidated damage will be assessed by OWNER in the amount listed in the Agreement. No extension of time will be granted unless the circumstances are within the stipulations of the General Conditions. 3. Procurement of materials and/or equipment shall be done in a timely manner to comply with the project schedule. Materials and/or equipment properly stored, in accordance with the Owner's requirements, will be paid for as noted in the Contract Documents. 4. Clean-up related to work performed under this section. Clean-up of one area before moving to another area to perform work. 5. Provide submittals as required by contract documents to include product data, shop drawings, samples, and/or color charts as applicable. 6. The term "provide" means to "furnish and install, complete and ready for the intended use." 7. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the items numerically listed below and in accordance with the applicable Drawings and Specifications section(s). Provide all work specified within this Bid Package and DESCRIPTION: Drawings and general provisions of Contract, including General and Supplementary Conditions, Division - 00 Bidding and Contract Requirements and Division 01 General Requirements apply to the work of this Bid Package. The work under this Bid Package shall include the furnishing and installing of all material, equipment, procedures, methods, items, and labor as required to complete the work described in this Bid Package. The work shall be completed as shown on the Drawings and specified in any applicable specification sections.
