The base scope work, which is generally within Activity Room #1, includes, but is not limited to: - Removal and salvaging of wood wall paneling and wall hooks - Removal and disposal of mirrors and patch/paint exposed wall - Removal and salvaging of dance bar - Repair and repaint of all gypsum wall areas - Sand, repair, and repaint/refinish of wood doors, wood shelving, and wood columns - Repaint of sliding glass door - Replacement of rubber wall base with painted wood mouldings - Supply and install of new window black-out blinds - Supply and install of display wall and ceiling tracks - Removal and salvaging of pendant light fixtures - Supply and install of track lighting - Supply and install of electrical outlets - Associated electrical work The optional scope of work, which is generally within Community Living Room, includes, but is not limited to: - Installation of owner-supplied TV and mount, and associated electrical work - Supply and install of infill wall below stair complete with door
