Work of the Project includes mechanical, plumbing and electrical equipment upgrades Question Deadline: 09/05/2023 at 8:00 PM PT Estimate: $1,450,000 - $1,525,000 Bid Bond or, at the option of the Bidder, may be in the form of a cashier's check, certified check or money order provided the instrument is issued in the name of the City of Las Vegas as the payee, the Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond and the Guaranty Bond, attached, required. A business that is at least fifty-one percent (51%) minority-owned, operated and actively controlled by one or more minorities. In the case of a publicly owned business, at least fifty-one percent (51%) of the stock must be minority-owned and the business must be operated and actively controlled by a minority. A business that is at least fifty-one percent (51%) disabled veteran-owned, operated and actively controlled by one or more disabled veterans, or in the case of a publicly owned business, at least fifty-one percent (51%) of the stock must be owned and the business operated and actively controlled by a disabled veteran. The City reserves the right to waive any minor informality or irregularity in any Bid submission, and to correct technical, data entry or computation errors. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document ~ $1,450,000 - $1,525,000 COMPLETION DEADLINE Bidder acknowledges all Work on the project must be completed within 90 calendar days of Notice to Proceed date.
