Reference Number 0000327713 City of Midland with pricing for Washington Woods Lot 6 Repairs This project consists of the reconstruction of Lot 6 at Washington Woods. In 2022 the main water service line under the parking lot failed and it was determined that the whole line had to be replaced. At that time the line was fully replace and now this phase of the project will be the reconstruction of the parking lot. Work items saw cutting the existing bituminous payment, removal of existing bituminous pavement and large stone, regrading, placement of bituminous pavement and concrete pad for dumpsters. questions shall be directed to Tyler Abbs, City of Midland Facilities Manager at (989) 837-3370.
