BASE BID PRICE TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MATERIALS AND LABOR: * Sandblast and paint the St. Charles Belle, a steel hull paddlewheel River Boat. * Measurements: Vessel length: 64'9 / Hull length: 52' / Beam: 17' * Sandblast the hull, paddle wheel, and rudders to SP-10 (near white metal) up to and including the red side rail. * Apply Primer to all sandblasted areas compatible with Sea Guard 6000 per the manufacturer's recommendation. * Upon completion of hull and rudders, apply two coats of Sea Guard 6000 epoxy black. * 3rd coat on hull and rudders including above water line up to white with hi-solids polyurethane 100 black 8' above water line. * From black line to bottom of red flat rail apply one coat of hi-solids polyurethane white. * Paddle Wheel apply two coats hi-solids polyurethane red. ALTERNATE 01: Bidder agrees to perform all labor and materials for the increased scope of Alternate 01 as set forth in the bidding documents for: * Hand tool clean and sand the walls, deck, handrails, stairs, chair legs, and stacks of the vessel exterior first level and second level. * Main outside floor and side rail painted 1 coat hi-solids polyurethane safety red. * Railings- upper deck, bow lower deck, stairs paint hi-solids polyurethane white. * Stairs, upper deck, upper deck chair legs painted hi-solids polyurethane light gray * Exterior of cabin and outside side walls of boat apply one coat of hi-solids polyurethane white. * Exterior of cabin and outside side walls trim 1 coat hi-solids polyurethane red. The smoke stacks on the upper deck 1 coat hi-solids polyurethane black.
