PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of the hot applied placement of up to 450,000 lbs. of Contractor supplied Maxwell Elastoflex 670 crack sealing material, Crafco/Deery type III material or equivalent into cracks smaller than 1 1/2 inches in asphalt concrete pavement and 96,000 lbs. of contractor supplied Maxwell Gap Patch 570 crack sealing material, Crafco Mastic One crack sealing material or equivalent into cracks greater than 1 1/2 inches in width in asphalt concrete pavement. City Representative must receive Bill of Ladens for all truckloads of material delivered. Application will be with straight applicator tipped wands, rubber squeegees or other City approved methods and limited to no more than 5 (five) Crack Seal machines. The paved areas include City owned roadways, parking lots and multi-use paths, within Lake Havasu City, AZ. Work is expected to begin early November/December 2023. All questions that arise relating to this solicitation shall be directed in writing to purchasing@lhcaz.gov . To be considered, written inquiries shall be received at the above-referenced email address by August 25, 2023, 3:00 p.m. Arizona Time. Inquiries received will then be answered in an Addendum.
