Above the 2 lights the round ceiling and walls are damaged. The canvas/wallpaper on the door edges are bubbling, peeling, and some parts are missing. Chair rail the color is gone and some damages. Corner has damages and discoloration. Baseboards are very damaged and discolored. On the 2 arches between the molding and wall is a gap all around. of Work Plan is to restore all the damages, glue back the canvas/ wallpaper. Smoothing out the area is damaged or missing canvas/ wallpaper Priming in spots the damaged area. Touching up and match the color and texture where necessary. After all the restoration and touch up are completed, apply 2 coats of clear finish varnish, some finish on the existing. Soft eggshell over entire area except the ceiling. On the ceiling where the water damage is to be painted as the existing.
