The project site is located at 34 Bolton Ave, Alexandria Bay, St. Lawrence County, New York. The intent of the limited hazardous materials survey was to identify suspect ACM, LBP, leadcontaining caulk, and PCB-containing caulk that are located within designated areas as shown on the drawings titled Lower Level, First Floor, and Second Floor, dated February 25, 2021, and scope of work discussed in email request for proposal, dated June 24, 2021. The limited survey was performed on July 25 through August 24, 2021. of the gymnasium and may be impacted during a proposed renovation project. The limited hazardous materials survey was conducted for the subject areas, as directed by Stephen Shockley, representing BCA Architects & Engineers. The subject areas were occupied and operational at the time of the sampling event. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after opening. The Owner further reserves its right to disqualify bidders for any material failure to comply with the Information for Bidders and General Conditions. Requests for information, interpretation and clarification shall be made to the Architect utilizing the RFI form bound in the Contract Documents. The deadline for RFI submissions shall be 4 business days prior to the bid opening. RFI's received after that date will not be answered.
