COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Solicitation W50S9H-23-Q-0021 incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, dated 02 June 2023. This solicitation is being issued as 100% Total Small Business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a size standard of $19.0 Million. All qualified Small Businesses under this industry are encouraged to submit quotations. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: 1 Job - Remove existing ACI/RH5-R controller and install new ASIC/3-9536 Controller See attached SF 1449 Solicitation for Statement of Work (SOW) and additional information. All quotes will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation procedures described in this solicitation. Quotes must include estimated delivery date, SAM Unique ID Number, CAGE Code, and Tax Identification number. In accordance with FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds, Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
