Services to be provided include but may not be limited to: 1. Assess existing data for usability and conformance with acceptance criteria for future use on the project. Manage and store historical (and future) data electronically using an environmental database management system (EDMS). The EDMS should provide an efficient way to manage, filter, query and retrieve all project related data. 2. Prepare a Conceptual Site Model (CSM) to help visualized and understand available site information and support project planning and decision making for the Site. 3. Use the updated project database and CSM (items no. 1 and 2) to identify data gaps to be filled during the supplemental RI field activities. 4. Preparation of a Supplemental Remedial investigation Work Plan. 5. Execute of the Supplemental Remedial investigation Work Plan 6. Preparation of a Supplemental Remedial investigation Report. 7. Preparation of a Feasibility Study. 8. Preparation of a Draft Cleanup Action Plan. 9. SEPA support. 10.Facilitate and/or support agency meetings, negotiations, and public participation support. 11.Provide environmental and engineering services support for interim action cleanup implementation including but not limited to survey, coastal engineering, dewatering, shoring, civil engineering, preliminary engineering and final design including plans, specs and estimate 12.Provide environmental and engineering services support for cleanup implementation including but not limited to survey, coastal engineering, dewatering, shoring, civil engineering, preliminary engineering and final design including plans, specs and estimate. 13.Provide environmental and any necessary site development permitting services including aquatic and upland permits focusing on federal Section 404, Section 10 and ESA Section 7 compliance and any state and local permits that may fall outside of the MTCA process. 14.Other services as requested or required.
