Questions must be submitted to NWTC on 8/14/2023 or earlier Please note NWTC will be providing the 40 section of tower which needs to be erected. Please see attached prints for additional information on the tower The project is located at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay, Wisconsin, next to the Great Lakes Energy Education building. The scope of work is to construct the entire cell tower, including but not limited to: earthwork and excavation, concrete with reinforcing steel, structural steel erection and welding. The installation of antennas and wiring is not included. The work on this project will consist of a single prime general contractor for all the work. If proposed price is over $25,000 Bid Security is required. The accepted Bidder(s) will be required to provide a Performance, Labor and Material Payment Bond if over $25,000, and a Certificate of Insurance listing NWTC as "additional insured". Bids must be guaranteed for a minimum period of 60 days from the date of bid opening. NWTC supports the promotion and development of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms and encourages such firms to participate in the invitation to bid on this and other college projects. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contract award is contingent upon funds availability, budget considerations and any Federal or State Public Health Orders.
