**As of October 27, 2023, project was awarded but awarded amount is not available.** The Scranton Municipal Building, constructed in 1888 and placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1981, is located in downtown Scranton and serves as the primary, functioning center for government. This project is Phase 2 of the repair and restoration of the historic building façade, towers, and roof. The work for this phase of the project involves general trade coordination, roof work, masonry restoration, stained-glass restoration, and related work. Contract is summarized, the scope of work for this project includes the following: 2.1 Contract #100 General Trades including Sitework: A. The General Trades Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, equipment, subcontractors, supervision, management, and administration required for the total performance of the work of this contract including, but not limited to the following: 1. Once contractor is selected, credentials (including all sub-contractors) shall be sent to the architect. 2. Provide products and procedures, including extent of repointing and proposed mortar mixture 3. Provide Masonry mockup photographs 4. Site staging area preparation, temporary fencing, and construction access. Restore all areas upon project completion. 5. Selective demolition 6. Scaffolding 7. Masonry, CMU, Repointing. 8. All rough carpentry, sheathing, blocking, and trusses. 9. All roofing, roof insulation, vapor barrier, accessories, and roof specialties. 10. Caulking and joint sealants. 11. Historic Masonry Cleaning. 12. Final cleaning. 13. Historic Lead Glass Window Repair
