A. General Requirements: 1. Conform to ALL of the provisions delineated in Division 00 and Division 01 of the Contract Documents. 2. Obtain and pay for licenses, permits, and connections to outside services when required. 3. The provision of Bonds, Insurance, Warranties, and other instruments required by the Contract Documents, and paying costs thereof. 4. Contractor is to install owner provided equipment per the design drawings and specifications. B. The work includes specific improvements, which have been delineated, through the solicitation of specific Contract Scopes as follows: SINGLE CONTRACT: Pump Station Improvements at the Mays Landing Campus All bids should be addressed to the attention of Purchasing Department. Bids must be made on the proposal forms in the manner designated, enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the proposal identification on the outside of the envelope. SINGLE OVERALL CONTRACT FOR: Bid 1877 Pump Station Improvements Atlantic Cape Community College, 5100 Black Horse Pike, Mays Landing, N.J. 08330 The College and the Engineer will assume no responsibility for bids mailed or misdirected in Delivery. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening. Atlantic Cape reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the Bidding if it is in the interest of the owner to do so.
