Location 3650 Fieldstone Drive - West Homestead PA It is the intent to award the contract by Tuesday, September 5th, 2023 Please indicate in the bid if you are unable to abide by the start date and completion date The project site is located at 3650 Fieldstone Drive, West Homestead, Pa. Base Bid work on the project site includes, but is not limited to: erosion and sedimentation control, removals, clearing and grubbing, grading, bituminous paving, pervious bituminous paving (for track), concrete paving, line striping, vehicular / traffic signage, handrail installation, and seeding. Consideration will be given to bids received from qualified bidders that perform quality work for the lowest responsible price and those that can start by the specified date and complete by the specified date. Bidders must bid all work on the bid form. Failure to bid all items will result in the rejection of the bid. Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid in the form of a bid bond or cashier's check payable to West Homestead Borough must be included with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to submit a 100% performance bond, a 100% labor and materials payment bond, and a 10% maintenance bond. There are no liquidated damages for this project. This project is funded with a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages must be paid on this contract.
