Sealed bids will be received by the City of Greenwood for the "Freedom Park Pickleball Complex" project. The project involves construction of parking lots, laying and installation of wiring and lighting, landscaping, and construction of pickleball courts within Freedom Park. All work is specified in the Construction Schedule and Specifications for said project. The bid opening will be held at 3:00 p.M. The same day in the city meeting room, city center, 300 south madison avenue, 1 st floor, greenwood, indiana, 46142. The "Freedom Park Pickleball Complex" shall be the project as described in the specifications. Specifications, plans and instructions to bidders will be available from the ePlanroom for Repro Graphix, Inc. starting on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Bidder is responsible for all cost associated with obtaining a full set of specifications, plans and instructions to bidders. The City Meeting Room, City Center, 300 South Madison Avenue, 1 st Floor, Greenwood, Indiana, 46142 at approximately 3:00 P.M. (local time) September 7, 2023. All bids received after 3:00 P.M. on September 7, 2023 will be returned unopened. Bids will be taken under advisement for an award at a later date. Bids are to be submitted on a fully completed Indiana Form #96 (Revised 2013). Contract may be awarded at the Redevelopment Commission meeting at 4:30 P.M. on September 12, 2023. Bids shall be in sealed envelopes marked with the name and place of business of the bidder and marked "Freedom Park Pickleball Complex". No bid shall be withdrawn after scheduled closing time for receipts of bids for at least forty-five (45) days. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept all or any part of any bid received, to waive any and all informalities in bidding. The Commission will accept the lowest responsible and responsive bid.
