Specifications and other Contract Documents may be examined by properly qualified Contractors between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays and on the day of receiving bids at the office of the Borough Engineer, Job & Job Consulting Engineers, 108 Hudson Street, Hackensack, New Jersey, and copies may be obtained upon payment of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) per set, no part of which is refundable Bids must be prepared on standard Proposal Forms in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications and must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of bidder and title of bid on outside, addressed to the Mayor and Council. Borough of Little Ferry, and must be accompanied by an executed Non Collusion Affidavit, Standard Consent of Surety and Certified Check or Bid Bond made payable to the Borough of Little Ferry for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of bid, and be delivered at the place and on the hour above named. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment and Performance Bond in approved form and with sureties satisfactory to the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Little Ferry, which bond shall be in the amount in the Contract. The Mayor and Council of the Borough of Little Ferry reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids, or to accept the one that in its judgement will be for the best interests of the Borough Question Deadline 08/25/2023
