This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items preapred in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238310, and the business size standard is $16.5M. This will be awarded as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for non-personal insulation replacement services for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Northwest Fisheries Science Center, Manchester Research Station, in Port Orchard, Washington in accordance with the incorporated Statement of Work. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD.
