The Winslow Township School District is seeking proposals from qualified respondents to provide District Wide Annual Kitchen Cleaning Services for the 2023-2024 School Year. The District is requesting the respondents to provide a quote for a 1-year term, not to exceed 12 months, with the option for 2 one-year renewals, subject to appropriations for the following: Services to include for all Kitchens in all schools in the Winslow Township School District: Kitchen Hood Cleaning Services Hoods at Each School are as follows: High School - 4 Hoods; Middle School - 2 Hoods; Schools 1 through 6 - 1 Hood each; Total 12 Hoods Cleaning to include interior and exterior of all exhaust hoods, interior of accessible exhaust system ductwork and interior of exhaust removal blower(s), fans as accessible. Cleaning to be performed via combination of manual and low-pressure application of USDA approved detergents followed by hot water, high pressure rinse psi. At the close of cleaning operations, all stainless-steel canopies will be dried and polished with stainless steel polish, all grease traps reinstalled into canopy and access screens/doors utilized will be replaced. Resultant dust, dirt and debris generated during the process will be properly cleaned up, all debris will be placed into kitchen dumpster and facilities will be left ready for use by the kitchen staff. Exhaust blowers will be left running. Dishwasher Chute Cleaning Services Dishwashers at Each School are as follows: High School, Middle School and School 4 - 2 Dishwashers each; School 1, 3, 5 and 6 - 1 Dishwasher each; Total 10 Dishwashers Clean, disinfect and deodorize with approved USDA commercial garbage chute cleaning agents Cleaning to include at least a mounted pressure washers of at least 4000psi. Resultant dust, dirt and debris generated during the process will be properly cleaned up, all debris will placed into kitchen dumpster and facilities will be left ready for use by the kitchen staff. Grease Trap Cleaning Services Units at Each School are as follows: High School and Middle School - 2 Large Units each; Schools 1 through 5 - 2 Small Units Each; School 6 - 1 Small Unit; Total 4 Large Units and Total 11 Small Units Cleaning to include walls of traps, including baffles and cover. Cleaning to be performed using approved USDA detergent where all grease sludge from the intake and outtake outlets are scraped and cleaned as much as possible. Resultant dust, dirt and debris generated during the process will be properly cleaned up, all debris will be placed into kitchen dumpster and facilities will be left ready to use by the kitchen staff.
