General Construction Services, General Maintenance & Repairs, Other Services, Roofing Contractors shall make the Manager aware of any gutters that are connected to a drainage pipe that goes into the ground next to the building: please do not do anything to the downspout extension without being instructed by HACM. This is to ensure that the downspout extensions are not being damaged/crushed/stolen, and are being maintained properly to avoid foundation damage. Clean all debris from gutters and downspouts so water will freely flow from high point of gutter to downspout to allow discharge without ponding. Do not drive vehicles off of paved roads, walks, or driveways. Access gutters by ladder with adjustable stand-offs to prevent the ladder from damaging the gutter, and no walking on rooftops. Contractor shall comply with all applicable state, federal and local codes, and pay all permits, licenses and certificates, and other fees as required by the work. Work shall be conducted Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, except for Housing Authority holidays.
