The work of this project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq. and the federal Davis Bacon Act, 40 U.S.C. 3141-3148. Payment of the wages, fringe benefits and overtime rates that are most beneficial to the employees are required. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond or bank cashiers check payable to the Plainfield Park District for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid.
