**As of October 13,2023, project was awarded tO T B Landmark Construction, Inc. but awarded amount is not available.** The Selected Contractor shall perform the Work complete of a new water main extension per Clay County Utility Authority (CCUA) standards as described in the Contract Documents. The Selected Bidder shall furnish, unless otherwise noted, all necessary permits, labor, equipment and materials to complete the following: Mobilization/Demobilization, General Requirements, Bonds and Insurance. Contractor is responsible for protecting existing materials, utilities, structures, and equipment on-site during construction activities. Site Work o Install approximately 11,994 linear feet (LF) of new 12-inch water main PVC DR-18 by open cut. o Install approximately 5,501 LF of new 12-inch water main FPVC DR-18 by horizontal directional drill (HDD). o Install approximately 102 LF of new 12-inch water main PVC DR-18 with 24-inch steel casing by jack and bore. o Install approximately 45 LF of new 8-inch water main PVC DR-18 by open cut. o Install associated fittings, valves, and accessories with new water main installation as indicated on construction plans. o Complete restoration of roadway, fencing, and vegetation as necessary for installation of water main. o Complete maintenance of traffic as necessary for installation of water main. o Complete soil erosion and sediment control as necessary for installation of water main. A detailed summary of Work is provided in the technical specifications. CONTRACTOR is responsible for protecting existing materials, structures, and equipment on-site during construction activities. All materials, methods of construction, and standards must be in accordance with the AUTHORITY's approved material manual, specifications, and details. The Authority will evaluate the bids and the award will be made to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder selected by the Authority.
