The Mosses Water, Sewer and Fire Authority Authority is accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified and licensed firms to provide professional engineering services and related assistance for upgrades to the Authoritys existing wastewater treatment facility in tended to be funded through ADEM's Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) program. Initial professional services may include, but are not limited to, funding assistance, applications, schematic design, alternatives development and analysis, cost estimating, and reporting. Following the development of a project or services of projects, the Water Authority intends to engage the selected firm, or firms in tasks including, but not limited to, detailed design, permitting, stakeholder management, funding management, project bidding, contracting, construction inspection, and closeout. All professional engineering firms who consider themselves qualified are invited to submit a proposal. The Mosses Water, Sewer and Fire Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposal process. At a minimum, the Statement of Qualifications should address the following: 1. Firm Background 2. Key Personnel Involved with Project 3. Project Approach 4. Services Offered 5. Project Experience 6.
