MHMR is soliciting bids for a provider to conduct inspections and repairs to fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems at various MHMR locations. The contractor shall be required to provide all manpower, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform all inspections and repairs. This Contract, if a Contract is awarded, is to conduct inspections and repairs to fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems at various commercial buildings and residential group homes of MHMR properties in accordance with current applicable National Fire Protection Association's Standards & Numbers (NFPA) and subsequent NFPA revisions. MHMR is not obligated to order any work. MHMR reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
