The Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority is requesting Bids for front perimeter, wrought iron fencing for Hamilton Place and Seaboard Square.In compliance with this Invitation for Bids, and subject to all the conditions thereof, the undersigned offers, if this bid is accepted within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the opening, to furnish any or all of the items and/or services upon which prices are quoted, at the price set opposite each item, to be delivered at the time and place specified herein. The undersigned certifies he/she has read, understands, and agrees to all terms, conditions, and requirements of this bid, and is authorized to contract on behalf of firm named below. Question Deadline 08/24/2023 The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to enter into a firm, fixed price contract, with a vendor for the purchase and installation of approximately1,946 linear feet Hamilton Place and Seaboard Square Fence Line Drawings Hamilton Place & Seaboard Square Fencing Specifications(LF) of wrought iron fencing that meets or exceeds the specifications provided to accentuate the fronts of the Hamilton Place and Seaboard Square developments. Hamilton Place requires approximately 860 LF of fencing and Seaboard Square requires approximately 1,086 LF of fencing. Offerors are encouraged to take your own measurements. Please see the attached fence line drawings that shows the areas to be fenced and technical specifications for the iron fencing. The specifications provided are for the color, type, quality and size of iron fencing desired. The brand is not required, an equal may be submitted as part of the bid, but must have PRHA approval prior to award:
