QSYS Level I / II Certification 2. Crestron DMC-D 3. Crestron Certified Programmer All bids for construction work shall be presented under SEALED COVER and shall be accompanied by one of the following forms of bidder's security (Public Contract Code 20129). in an amount not to be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of bid. If the enclosure is a check or bond, it is made payable to the County of San Joaquin. Said bond shall be in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, shall be for the faithful performance of the contract, shall be approved by the County, and shall be secured from a surety or sureties satisfactory to said County.
