Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression System Inspections. Bryan Independent School District (Bryan ISD) is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified and interested vendors to perform Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression System Inspections. Districtwide effective September 1, 2023 to August 31, 2024 with three (3) one-year options to renew, if agreed upon by both parties. Question Deadline 08/14/2023 at 5:00 PM CT Vendor agrees to provide performance bonds and/or payment bonds as required by Texas law on specified contracts and/or projects, as applicable. Bryan ISD will include the performance and payment bonds requirement in the specifications section of any solicitation if performance bonds and/or payment bonds are required. Vendor and all subcontractors of Vendor shall comply with all laws regarding wage rates including, but not limited to, Texas Government Code Chapter 2258 and any related federal requirements applicable to this Agreement and to this solicitation by Bryan ISD. Bryan ISD reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive technical defects in responses, and select the response that is deemed most advantageous to the District.
