The City is soliciting bids for a total replacement of the City of Topeka's Water Treatment Plant (WTP) raw water west intake pump #5. The current pump is a Layne 10 million gallon raw water pump vertical turbine. This pump is utilized in the City's west intake that pumps water from the Kansas River into the WTP facility. Bids must include a minimum warranty of one (1) year from equipment startup on pump, all parts,and materials. Warranty information must be included on the quote submitted, and all factory warranty requirements must be stated. Delivery must occur on or before July 25, 2024. Bidders must include their delivery date on their bid submission documents.
