As of October 17, 2023, project was awarded to Sexson Mechanical, Ermco and Taylor Brothers but awarded amount is not available. The Capital Improvement Board of Managers of Marion County (hereafter Owner), invites interested parties to submit sealed bids, on or before the bid date set forth below, with respect to the following Project - VICTORY FIELD -BP#200 SERVICE LEVEL FACILITY RENOVATIONS as further described in the Bidding Requirements and Contract Documents for the Project (collectively Bidding Documents). Bids received after the submittal deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Deadline for Submittal of Questions August 18, 2023 Contractor is responsible for all Contract Documents (drawings, specifications, addenda, etc.). Contractor shall review all documents to be sure that complete scope is reviewed and acknowledged. B. Contractor is required to attend weekly Contractor Progress Meetings. C. Contractor is responsible for all required competent safety supervision as required to complete its work. Contractors safety manual shall be submitted to Construction Manager for review within 20 business days of award. D. Employee parking is available onsite, except on days restricted by the events schedule as required in the logistics drawing. If Contractor works during a restricted event, they shall be responsible for any parking costs. E. All onsite contractor employees must attend Project Safety Orientation prior to first day of work. F. Security and access to the site will be tightly controlled. All contractor employees will be issued an identification/access badge that will be used to access and to leave the site. G. Contractor is responsible to complete all quality control and safety requirements as indicated in the Contract Documents. H. Multiple facility improvement projects will be occurring at the same time during the execution of this Contractors work, therefore, all equipment and material deliveries must be scheduled with the Construction Manager 48 hours in advance of arrival onsite to minimize conflicts between Contractors. Access to the facility will be tightly controlled. Unscheduled deliveries may be turned away. I. Limited laydown or storage is provided inside the construction perimeter. Deliveries must be Just-In-Time to meet the Project Schedule. Material delivered to meet daily installation requirements of the Project Schedule will be placed in a location approved by Construction Manager. Reference logistics attachment for more details.
