Replacement of RAS pumps and all associated suction and discharge, including valves, meters and pipe supports. Replace three existing Hayward Gordon pumps (800 gpm; 15 HP) with three proposed Penn Valley Double Disk pumps (300 gpm 15 HP). Replace 8-inch suction and 8-inch discharge piping and associated valves, meter and pipe supports. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer. The Front Office and Receptionist Desk are located on the 5th floor (Suite 500). The deadline to ask questions is 8/18/2023 10:00 PM CST Work will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
