General contractor services at various school locations (prequalification) Question Deadline: 08/31/2023 at 3:00 PM ET The Peterborough Victoria Northumberland Clarington Catholic District School Board is inviting prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Architectural Services for capital projects such as additions, renovations and new school builds as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables"). Respondents selected as defined in the RFSQ document will become a Vendor of Record (VOR) for a period of three (3) years. Bidders are cautioned that the timing of their Bid Submission is based on when the Bid is received by the electronic bid submission link electronically not when a Bid is submitted by a Bidder, as Bid transmission can be delayed in an "Internet Traffic Jam" due to file transfer size, transmission speed, etc. For the above reasons, the Board recommends that Bidders allow sufficient time to upload their Bid Submission and attachment(s) (if applicable) and to resolve any issues that may arise. The closing time and date shall be determined by the Board's Bidding System web clock. A confirmation email will be sent to the Bidder advising that their bid was submitted successfully. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact the Purchasing representative immediately. The BOARD reserves the right not to proceed with the Bid process and to reject all, any of the bids or any portion thereof. If the BOARD accepts any of the Bids the lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted and the BOARD may, at its sole discretion, consider any other factors it deems appropriate in its sole discretion in awarding the Contract. The BOARD reserves the right at its sole discretion to request from the lowest bidder, the completion of a Supplier Request Form if the bidder has not done business with the BOARD. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
