Scope Installation of a new sanitary sewer lift station, approximately 1,100 LF of PVC force main, and approximately 3,700 LF of PVC gravity sanitary sewer main. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% of the Bidders maximum Bid price. The successful Bidder must furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bond upon the forms which are attached hereto in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price The City of Sealy reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids.
