For the crushing and stockpiling of 3/4" minus crushed pit run aggregate. After this hour, no bids will be accepted.If the bid is forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in a separate envelope addressed to the Board of County Commissioners. Bids by telephone, fax or telecommunication will not be accepted. The material shall be produced from one crusher setup with at least 30,000 tons being crushed. The county reserves the right to crush more tonnage on site dependent upon the bid price and amount of funding available. Gravel pit location will be in Sheridan County. Further information concerning pit location can be obtained by calling Sheridan County Road Supervisor Austin Tommerup at the Sheridan County Road Department at 406- 765-1221. The royalty payments and reclamation of the gravel pit will be handled by the county. The successful bidder will be required to comply with Montana contractor's registration laws, Section 39-9-201, et seq., MCA. Sheridan County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept any bid in whole or in part, to waive any defect or informality in any bid therein, to postpone the award of a contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days and to accept the lowest responsible bid which is in the best interest of Sheridan County.
