RFQ Contractor - Staff Housing Construction/Fabrication Services The District is planning to build employee housing units on CCSD property. We are seeking contractors/fabricators to design and construct two (2) 1 bdrm/ 1 bath approximately 600 sq ft units and one (1) 2 bdrm/ 2 bath approximately 850 sq ft unit. Project Location: 485 N. Cottonwood Avenue, Canon City, CO 81212 The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit a Qualified Small Home Contractor/Fabricator to contract with the Owner to provide services for the design, pre-construction, construction, and post-occupancy phases of all three (3) projects. Preference will be given to Fremont County Contractors/Fabricators. All official communication with Candidates and questions regarding this RFQ/P will be via email to the Owner Contact listed above. No inquiries will be accepted after the clarification deadline as indicated in the project schedule.
