If there are any questions on the project, please contact Andrew Filler at afiller@fveng.com.The Village of Saranac is requesting Bids for the construction of Scheid Park Improvements.This project includes removals, site preparation & grading, aggregate base, HMA paving, parking lot striping, sanitary lateral, water services, concessions/restroom building, utilities, universally accessible walks, trash receptacles, bollards, rain garden, tree planting, and slope restoration. Prospective Bidders may request the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Prevailing wages are required as part of this project. Contractors performing work on the project must comply with all requirements of 1976 PA 453 (Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act) and 1976 PA 220 (Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act), as amended. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Village of Saranac reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Village of Saranac.
