Question Deadline 08/31/2023 at 5:00 PM ET The Work includes the following major items: Install approx. 663 linear feet of 1" copper water line connection to existing 8" water line, install water meter, and yard hydrant; install new gravel driveway; install new chain link fence; install buried concrete bypass vault and connect to existing pump station dry well; replace pumps, piping, gate valves, check valves, and sump pump in existing dry well; replace ladder in existing wet well; remove existing interior paint by chipping away loose paint and repaint interior of drywell; provide bypass pumping; and providing new emergency generator and electrical controls, all as indicated on the Contract Drawings. The cost range for the Project is: $ 1,000,000 up to but not including 1,500,000. Replacement of existing sewage pumps o Replacement ofsuction and discharge piping o Replacement of isolation and check valves o Replacement of electrical equipment indicated on the contract drawings o Replacement ofdry well ventilation system to comply with current County standards and NFPA 820 requirements o Installation ofnew buried concrete bypass connection and valve vault o Installation ofdehumidifier and wet well fan. o Dry well protective coating system. o Installation ofwet well level transducer system o Installation of a permanently mounted backup diesel pump o Demolition ofvarious equipment and materials in order to conduct new work o Bypass pumping to allow performance ofthe work o Alternate: installation of663 linear feet of 1" water line connection to existing 8" water line and install water meter and yard hydrant.
