YRD Lumber Purchase for Trails Enhancement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BF23Q0063 and is issue as a Request for Quote (RFQ) to establish a Firm Fixed Price supply contract to purchase Lumber for the Yakutat Ranger District. The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04, effective 2 June 2023. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (which applies to this combined synopsis/solicitation), offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. Item Description and Specifications: The contractor shall provide Alaska Yellow Cedar (AYC), Rough Cut (RC), Grade 2 or better as specified in Attachment 1.
