Construction of a new stand alone 1160cgsm (component gross square meter) Renal Services Centre located on the north we corner of the SMH site at 13750 96 Ave, Surrey. Demolition of existing Towline Medical Centre and construction of a new ground level parking lot at 13665 96 Ave. Purchase and installation of clinical equipment and furniture into the new facility. Demolition and reconstruction of parking and landscaping around the new facility. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals to provide consulting services for the project is underway. The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project. Further update in fall 2023, pending selection of a preferred proponent. *Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for projects over $5 million (either Acute Care Projects over $5 million or Non-Acute Care Projects over $5 million) are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for projects over $5 million. Proponents proposing to use Sub-Consultants for the following disciplines should use firms that are included on the Authority's pre-qualified list of engineers (pre-qualified for any fee category): Structural; Mechanical; Electrical; Structural; Civil; Transportation.
