Scope of Work: San Joaquin Delta College District is seeking a capital plan (District Facilities Master Plan) that illustrates the potential building and infrastructure capacity of all three campus locations of Stockton, South Campus and Manteca to accommodate potential educational program expansion as well as potential growth. In addition, exploring possible expansion to northern San Joaquin County. A critical component of the final product will also be preliminary conceptual level budgets and an implementation plan associated with the proposed projects. Firms interested in submitting a proposal for this RFP must visit the secure online bidding system, on or after, July 24, 2023. Any questions regarding this RFP must be submitted electronically via the District's secure online bidding system. Firms will be required to complete a vendor registration using the online bidding system and to submit questions. Firms are solely responsible for on-time proposal submission to the securing online bid management system. The bidding system does not accept late submission, no exceptions. The schedule for this RFP set forth below is provided for general planning purposes. It may be modified at the discretion of SJDC with the issuance of an addendum. Proposals must be submitted electronically; hard copies will not be accepted as a viable proposal.
