Scope of work (SOW): Omnitrans is seeking Contractor services for its Pavement Improvement Project, located at Omnitrans West Valley facility, 4748 Arrow Highway Montclair, CA 91763-1208, and Omnitrans East Valley facility, 1700 W. Fifth Street, San Bernardino CA 92411 General Summary of Work: 1) Work to be performed by contractor shall consist of the construction work shown on the drawings and detailed in the specifications. 2) Complete mobilization and demobilization. 3) Obtain and pay for all necessary construction related permits, and required licenses associated with the requirements of the project. 4) Site utility improvements as called out in the plans and specifications. 5) Removal and replacement for concrete repairs, asphalt repairs, vehicle and pedestrian path of travel as called out in the plans and specifications. 6) Furnish tools, qualified labor, material, equipment, qualified superintendence, services, assurances, guarantees, and assumptions of risk and responsibility, necessary for the performance of the work as set forth in the contract documents unless specifically provided.
