Existing non-city standard or damaged meter boxes shall be removed and replaced, and concrete sidewalk removed during replacement shall be repaired per City Standards. Existing in-ground AirVAC assemby including service saddles, gate and corporation valves and a valve can shall be removed and replaced with new1combination air release valve assembly aboveground on a concrete pad with bollards per City Standards. Because all service lateral pipes are buried under paved roads, the project will require asphalt repair work, including pot-holes, excavation, saw-cuts, backfill, compaction, temporary paving, grind and overlay and striping.
