THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS TO NOTIFIY THE PUBLIC THAT SOLICITATION W9127823R0056 WILL POST AT PIEE.EB.MIL AROUND MID AUGUST 2023 W9127823R0056 - PERFORM O&M WITH INCIDENTAL REPAIR AND MINOR CONSTRUCTION FOR HEALTHCARE FACILITIES AT NAVAL HOSPITAL TWENTY NINE PALMS IN SUPPORT OF THE DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY (DAH) PROGRAM, TWENTY NINE PALMS, CALIFORNIA THIS PROJECT IS ADVERTISED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 236220. This project will be a Stand-Alone "C" Type, Firm Fixed Price, Best Value ,Operation & Maintenance (O&M) with incidental Repair and Minor Construction contract. A detailed project description and overall project performance requirements will be included in the solicitation package. This acquisition will consist of full-service O&M of real property facilities, and repair and minor construction as it relates to the O&M mission. There will be a site visit and pre-proposal conference approximately 1.5 to 2 weeks after the solicitation is released. The site visit information will be included in the solicitation package.
